Description and context
- Should be determined by the office size, number of buildings and number of associates.
- 50-200 associates
- Cabinet or multiple cabinets with lock by key
- (Or) storage room with lock by badge reader (preferred). Room size must be 6 sqm / 65 sq ft or more. Shelves must be placed in storage room.
- 200+ associates
- Storage room with lock by badge reader. Room size must be 6 sqm / 65 sq ft or more. Shelves must be placed in the storage room.
- IT Storage room must be kept clean. Junk devices should not be stored, but properly disposed of in a timely manner.
