Since the way we use our offices has changed over the last few years, we needed to create a tool that would better help us predict our space requirements. The space calculator integrates data sources, like utilization metrics, with departmental, work profile, and role ratios to project the number of seats and spaces required for a site in alignment with our Work Your Way guidelines. 

We are constantly analyzing the tool to ensure it is meeting the needs of the business, in addition to best practices and lessons learned from our global projects.
