Work Your Way
Defining Red Hat's workspace identity
Our physical spaces are uniquely Red Hat, and they tell a story to everyone who visits. Through the Work Your Way (WYW) program, we connect the open source principles we follow to the look, feel, and function of our offices.
We work with vendors and Red Hatters to integrate our branding and individual regional identities with the changing work styles of our associates. The results are physical spaces that encourage engagement and productivity and capture the open source way.
