Created a new Branded Environments landing page
This page provides a high level overview of our branded environments program, including a snapshot of the many ways we translate Red Hat brand into workplace design applications.
This page includes a number of applications we've done in recent projects or have had internal guidance on, but have not previously detailed on Work Your Way: interactive elements, shapes and patterns, local environmental graphics, messaging through the brand mantra and brand personality, associate expression, digital solutions (such as digital signage), sustainable materials and messaging, as well as temporary applications like posters, marketing-led campaign activations, etcetera.

A branded environments slide deck with similar content, formerly hosted in the Work Your Way internal resources Source page.
Multiple pages on the Work Your Way website: Patterns and film, Be local, Imagery, and the Integrating Culture. These pages have been archived, and the content has been streamlined considerably in its new location.

IT Standards
Updates made to Large Conference Room w/VC and Hybrid Meeting Room standards:
- New generation of Poly Studio X72 has been tested and added to those rooms. The Poly X72 has better video quality, dual camera support, and enhanced audio, making it ideal for larger, more complex meeting environments. The X72 should be purchased over the X70 where available.
Updates made to Phone Room with video standard:
New All-in-Once Dell 27” has been added to provide more flexibility and global availability. This new monitor aligned with our current all-in-one offering, featuring an integrated camera, speakers, and microphone, along with data and power delivery via a single USB-C cable.
Updates made to HDBaseT Data Cabling Deployment Options:
We are adding the option to use Over Floor Raceways (OFR) when required, with Legrand as the preferred vendor for OFR solutions. OFR should only be considered as a last resort as a cost-effective solution when conduit or extension options are not viable. The GWS WS&D team must be informed when considering the use of OFR.
Updates made to MDF/IDF Out-of-Band Management - Brokered standard:
As part of device lifecycle management, we are introducing a new ZPE device management server to replace the legacy Opengear devices. This update includes a new Out-of-Band server, which will be deployed in new office builds and remediation projects.
